Material: Our VCP Gold-plating Rack is made of SUS316L, with Korean 304 steel line hook and surface coated with PE powder.
Usage: Our FPC Copper-plating Rack can be used for plating processes of thin circuit boards manufacturing, any rack can be custom-made according to the size of the boards.
Features:
1. The steel line hookds and V-shaped structure can reduce the amount of carried-out gold liquid and it is easy to operate it for its simple structure. Also, the hooks are flexible that users can adjust the distance up and down flexibly.
2. The main body of the rack is made of SUS316L and its surface is coated with PE powder. It is resistant to strong acid and alkali. An the separation of the hooks and the main body is convenient for maintaining and exchanging.
